You have made a brave choice to be part of this challenging, but rewarding ride.
We are now entering the Love Athlete Academy, your new inner gym.
You probably have some questions about how this all works.

WARM UP TRAINING
Before you start the official training in 4 days, I have created a very helpful ‘warm up’ training for you.
It's very important that you take your time 'warming up' these next 4 days to build a strong foundation moving forward.
You can find the Warm Up training video below.
THE BASIC PROCESS
2HR VIDEO TRAINING/WEEK
Each week you will watch a 2hr (approx) video training.
IN THAT 2HR TRAINING YOU WILL LEARN:
A new and innovative perceptual tool
How the tool works
How the tool will improve your life.
How to use the tool daily as part of your Daily Work In.
DAILY WORK INS
Physical athletes work out. And Love Athletes work in.
So every day you have a Daily Work In.
….In your Daily Work In….
you will use the new perceptual tool you learned…. to train and push yourself to emotional greatness.
Cue the Rocky Music.
DON’T SKIP THE INNER GYM
When learning a new skill or sport......before you are skillful and strong enough to move on to more complex moves...you need to practice basic moves…
The same applies to this process.
To become a strong and skillful master of your consciousness…you need to practice your Daily Work ins each day.
An additional potent tool to enriched your Hurty to Flirty experience are Acupuncture Points.
Acupuncture Points are a set of supplemental audio recordings that give you penetrating insights that help the wisdom flow faster.
Each week you will be given a specific set of Acupuncture Points (that align with each week’s topic) that will deepen and accelerate your path towards full enoughness.
Each week you also will also be given a set of support materials (notes, diagrams..etc) to help you do your Daily Work In.
To access each week’s new materials... you will receive an email with a link to the new materials.
These emails might end up in spam, so be sure to look there. And make sure to mark the email as “not spam” so future emails will arrive in your inbox.

So the Daily Practice is called your Daily Work In
The Daily Work In, is where visit the 'inner gym' and actually begin to build strong emotional muscles.
Your Daily Work In will involve you using a tool called... A Seequence.
A Seequence is a sequence of activating perceptual questions that help you see life differently.
Your Daily Work In is to once/day use the Seequence.
And write down your answers.
