Daniel realizes the best way to enroll people to build their Inner Fitness, is to first share his teachings in a fun and accessible way.
Because Daniel noticed that some of his most inspired teachings were spontaneously delivered during his daily Uber Rides, he started to record them.
Daniel calls these short (15 minute) but illuminating interactions the 'Uber Sessions.'
Instead of lecturing, Daniel prefers to casually sit with people all over the world, hear where they are struggling with, and then showing them how to improve their lives by healing their self-love.
Daniel calls these longer (40 min) introspective sessions 'Love Lab'.
