Global Inner Fitness...
....is a registered non profit organization, founded by Daniel Packard, that addresses individual struggles and global struggles by going to the root cause of low self-love and self-esteem.
Fifteen years ago Daniel Packard saw that at the root of individual struggles (stress, depression, addiction, obesity..etc.) and global struggles ( violence, corruption, inhumanity, poverty...etc) was a lack of emotional and spiritual health, which he calls Inner Fitness.
He also realized there was no process available that allowed people to easily and systematically build their Inner Fitness.
To address this need, over ten years, Daniel used his engineering background to engineer the Inner Fitness curriculum. This easy to learn process allows anybody to improve their life, by improving their Inner Fitness.
The mission of Global Inner Fitness Training (GIFT) is to make Inner Fitness as popular and accessible as physical fitness, so we can heal this planet, one person at a time

It's great that people are passionate about cleaning up the planet, but GIFT wants us to be passionate about cleaning up our souls as well..
Most of the global problems (violence, inhumanity, waste...etc) and human problems (stress, depression, addiction, unhealthy relationships..etc) are a direct result of a lack of self-love and self-worth. In other words low Inner Health.
But most people don't know how to easily and systematically build their inner health. By providing a simple and practical system the Inner Fitness Education allows anybody to build their self-esteem, the same way an athlete builds muscle.
Daniel's mission is to have GIFT inspire and spread the popularity, passion and accessibility that people have for physical fitness...and create that passion and popularity to Inner Fitness.
By making Inner Fitness popular and accessible (to all people, ages and cultures) we can heal millions of people, and the planet.
HEALING VS FIXING
Normally the way that we try to improve ourselves is by seeing what isn't working and trying to 'remove' it or 'fix' it. It sounds good. But long term, it just doesn't work.
Because God and The Universe doesn't want us to just do the 'masculine' approach of 'fixing' the symptom. They want us to use the situation as an opportunity to cultivate self-love with a more 'feminine' approach of love, care, and healing.
Inner Fitness doesn't 'fix' anybody.
It heals them into a state of inner and outer magnificence.
Part of building self-love is knowing how to take care your 'inner garden.'
However, our culture doesn't really teach or support this type of inner garden education.
To help people improve their lives by healing their inner gardens, Inner Fitness teaches a healing curriculum of Inner Gardening skills.

WORKING THE CORE
We already know that most of what humans struggle with (stress, depression, insecurity, bullying, lack of wealth, unhealthy relationships...etc) all stem from something deeper.
The problem is we are not generally addressing our struggles at the root, core cause. Which is a lack of self-esteem...and self-worth.
By going deeper, to the root cause, Inner Fitness is empowering people to move beyond symptoms and management and delivers them to inner freedom and outer magnificence.
Even when we understand that low self-esteem and self-worth are part of what holds people back, it is not generally understood how to actually build self-esteem and self-worth.
Using his skills as a Mechanical Engineer, Daniel spent ten years studying the mechanics and structure of self-esteem and self-worth and is now one of the world's foremost experts on self-love, and how to build it.
Most religions, spirituality and personal development are great at telling you 'what' would be better. But not actually 'how' to get there.
And so people are very dedicated, but don't always really change.
Inner Fitness however...is all about the 'how'
Empowered with 'the how' (tools and systems) and a knowledge that if they do the work, they get the results, Inner Fitness Athletes actually heal and change and actually become the most beautiful, healthy self-loving version of themselves.
ACCESSIBLE TO ALL
While religions and spirituality and personal development is helpful, they don't always resonate with many people.
Because Inner Fitness is modern and has the 'cool' appeal of physical fitness, Inner Fitness is a contemporary way for millions of people to get the spiritual nourishment they so desperately need.
THE FUN FACTOR
Sometimes spirituality and personal development is not engaging enough or 'cool' enough to reach as many people as it could. Especially younger people. So to reach as many people as possible, Daniel uses his humor (he was a successful stand up comedian for fifteen years) to make deep concepts fun and engaging.
When people don't have the proper tools and understanding to become a better person two things happen.
One is they subconsciously say 'See I knew it. I knew there was something wrong with me.'
But also, if things aren't improving, a person starts to doubt that meaningful change is even possible.
But Inner Inner Fitness shows people that there is nothing wrong with them (they just have a neglected garden) and provides them with simple, effective tools that quickly improves their lives.
So, the not only does Inner Fitness give people real tools for real change, but just as important it gives them....hope

The basic structure of all IFA programs are:
90 MINUTE CLASS/WEEK
All the trainings are structured such that there is weekly 90-minute online training that teaches the student a new and innovative self-awareness tool of the week.
The student is then asked to use this awareness tool to do a 20 minute daily 'Work-In.' This daily introspection allows the student to go deeper and understand and heal themselves on a whole new level.
To make Inner Fitness as accessible as possible, the Inner Fitness educational system is accessible online at the Inner Fitness Academy.
GIFT TO GO
Daniel realizes the best way to enroll people to build their Inner Fitness, is to first share his teachings in a fun and accessible way.
Because Daniel noticed that some of his most inspired teachings were spontaneously delivered during his daily Uber Rides, he started to record them.
Daniel calls these short (15 minute) but illuminating interactions the 'Uber Sessions.'
Instead of lecturing, Daniel prefers to casually sit with people all over the world, hear where they are struggling with, and then showing them how to improve their lives by healing their self-love.
Daniel calls these longer (40 min) introspective sessions 'Love Lab'.
